- Making initial contact and follow-ups with clients
- Helping loan applicants get mortgage-ready , gathering information for new loan underwriting, providing support throughout the mortgage loan application process
- Performing necessary administrative duties.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS
- A high school diploma or equivalent GED is required.
- Additional training and one year of college or technical school or equivalent,
- And 12-18 months related experience or training,
- Or equivalent combination of education and experience
