Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Mortgage Loan Processor at Valley West Mortgage in Las Vegas, NV. The Mortgage Loan Processor will be responsible for mortgage industry tasks such as:
- Gathering information for the loan application
- Evaluating credit histories for applications
- Collecting data from clients such as their assets, paystubs, debts and employment status to fill in information for the loan application
- Researching and correcting mistakes in applications for clients
- Reviewing file documentation for missing or erroneous information
- Meeting loan application deadlines
- Assisting Loan Officer with requests and tasks needed to complete and process applications
***Attention to detail and accuracy in processing loan documents will be key responsibilities in this role***
Qualifications
- Mortgage Industry and Mortgage Lending skills
- Loan Processing and Underwriting experience
- Knowledge of loan products and regulations
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in processing loan documents
- Experience working with loan origination software (Encompass)
