Recruit Right is seeking smart, driven, customer focused people to become Loan Processors for a reputable home builder/lender. These roles are fully on-site and will not allow remote at all. In this role, you will be responsible for the entire end-to-end mortgage loan process - collecting documentation, running credit reports, ordering appraisals, educating the borrower on the process and their credit, and more. You must be a problem solver, ability to meet deadlines, and enjoy talking with customers on a daily basis.

Responsibilities

• Review each loan file to verify that documents are present, accurate, and complete before underwriting
• Manage loan process through mortgage software system
• Ensure that loan rules, obligations, and deadlines are met
• Audit and prepare quality files that meet closing objectives
• Obtain mortgage loan documentation for clients

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• Previous experience with mortgage loan processing preferred
• Knowledge of FHA, VA, Conventional, and USDA loans
