Plaintiff's Personal Injury Law Firm is seeking (NYS Bar) admitted Motion Attorney to join our Team. Applicants with all levels of experience will be considered. Candidates are encouraged to include all pre-law school employment for our consideration. Responsibilities will be limited to motion and some appellate practice. All types of motions will be assigned: summary judgment; discovery; default; in limine; and others. This position requires excellent research, writing, and time-management skills. The candidate must be able to handle a high volume of assignments, and to meet all deadlines in a timely manner. Writing samples should be submitted with application. Pay is commensurate with qualifications and experience level

License/Certification: Must be admitted to NYS Bar
