Duties will include;
- Provide customer service to departmental users including answering customer inquiries related to Motor pool functions.
- Act as departmental liaison with Fleet & Travel.
- Properly conducting conflict management with customers.
- Schedule cars on the journey system for SDSU personnel and other state agencies as needed.
- Answers phone and attend to front counter traffic
- Coordinate with Fleet & Travel personnel in reporting customer concerns or issues with vehicle use and maintenance needed
Comments: Knowledge of applicable transportation systems including journey and T2 is beneficial. This position is classified as Senior Secretary.
