Our ideal candidate has solid mathematical and computer skills and can multitask effectively in a busy dealership service center. Previous work experience taking payments, preparing invoices, and balancing registers are helpful. We need an eager candidate who is poised to provide excellent customer service and communication skills to interface with our customers, accounting team, and service technicians. If this sounds like you, then this opportunity may be perfect for you!Responsibilities:Assume responsibility for cash register and cash control to ensure that all amounts are correctPrint receipts for customers, reconcile billing problems, issue refunds, and answer questions related to the cost of service.Provide exemplary customer service while efficiently and professionally fielding phone calls to deliver a positive buyer experienceProactively resolve and reconcile unpaid, declined, or outstanding service payments and document transactions in the dealership computer systemInterpret and articulate costs and fees to customers to ensure a thorough understanding of the amount owedAssist with general front desk clerical duties such as managing office supply inventory, keeping the cashier window area clean, and patching callers through to the appropriate contactsGreet customers with a smile, maintain a professional appearance, escalate customer complaints to the service advisor if neededEnsure customers are satisfied with all orders and items received or work completed.Other duties as assigned.Requirements1+ years of powersports dealership experience desired.Retail sales experience requiredExperience handling money and payments in a service cashier role preferredMust have cashier experience utilizing POS and or any other systems required to complete salesMust be detail-oriented with a keen ability to read and understand written and verbal directionsMathematical skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division are needed to calculate invoicesMust have topnotch organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.Ability to remain customer focused and respond in a positive manner when faced with difficult or stressful situations.Exceptional communication skills with strong cash register, clerical, and basic computer skills are a mustExcellent customer service skills, friendly and outgoing with a passion for working with people is essentialBilingual is a plus!BenefitsWhat RumbleOn/RideNow Powersports Offers You:A fun, relaxed, and casual work environment with awesome people by your side working as a team to ensure the entire group's success!
