Position Summary

As a Motorcycle Sales Associate, we are looking for someone with excellent sales service to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and go the extra mile to drive sales. In the car business, you are selling something people need: transportation. At Harley Davidson, you are selling what people want: passion, adrenaline, adventure, and freedom.

Duties Include:

• Exceptional customer service from the time a customer walks in to when they leave
• Create and exceed new and used sales opportunities
• Maintain profit margin objectives for all sales
• Guide customers through the C.U.S.T.O.M sales process
• Update the CRM system
• Maintain a clean, appealing showroom floor
• See and provide the fun and excitement of the Harley-Davidson brand
• Create new and used sales quotas to exceed regularly
• Maintain profit margin objectives for all sales
• Guide customers through the C.U.S.T.O.M sales process
