MRI Clinical Solutions Delivery Consultant (New York City)
Allow your passion for improving lives to shine in this role where you'll be responsible for leading the clinical delivery of MR education for our customers throughout the Northeast Zone. In this role you will be providing basic through intermediate application training in hospitals and clinics throughout the zone.
Your Role
Deliver engaging on-site Clinical Services solutions, education, and training.
Ensure site readiness through collaboration with local sales, service and CPM teams to provide the highest-level customer experience for on-site training and communication.
Take a leadership role in the personal ownership of the learner experience through customer consultation and collaboration with internal stakeholders.
Effectively communicate project status, issues and delays with internal teams and build communication among learners, encouraging collaboration.
Gain complete knowledge of relevant solutions per modality. Advanced proficiency in areas of specialization.
Work on problems of a diverse scope and demonstrate good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions.
Guide the customer in the testing of workarounds, clinical integration, and new functionality of Philips solutions.
You are a road warrior! Primary location is New York City but this job also involves travel throughout entire Northeast Zone. May require night and weekend coverage on occasion.
You're the right fit if
You've acquired at least 5 years of MR clinical experience with a strong background in pediatrics.
MUST: Maintain professional credential (Registered Technologist with ARRT American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) (current credentials to be considered)
MUST: Advanced certification in MR
You have your Certificate or Associate's Degree. A Bachelor's Degree is preferred. Active CTT+ (Certified Technical Trainer Plus) certification is also preferred.
We strongly prefer you have experience as clinical preceptor providing education.
You have effective communication skills - verbal and written, time management, and organizational skills.
You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum physical, cognitive and environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this Clinical position.
You possess a valid driver's license.
This position will require you to meet all customer specific mandates such as vaccinations and or screening tests.

Philips Transparency Details
The pay range for this position is $84,525.00 to $144,900.00 annually. The actual base pay offered may vary depending on multiple factors including, job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity. In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered.

Company relocation benefits will not be provided for this position. For this position you must be located in New York. Candidate must be located near a major (non-regional) airport (within a 1-hour drive) to be considered.
