Shift(s): - Days / 3 x 12-hour Weekdays 7a-730p, + 1 alternate day during the week
- Evenings / Mon-Fri 3p-11p
- Per Diem
$10,000 Sign-On Bonus (Full time and Part Time Employment)
Broad Function: - Responsible for specialized and routine radiographic and MRI procedures as prescribed by physicians.
Major Responsibilities: - Perform specialized procedures examinations.
- Maintain adequate level of supplies for procedures.
- Maintain current knowledge of all special procedures and MRI and train Radiologic Technologists in specialized procedures and MRI.
- Cover emergency call as necessary.
- Perform the duties of Radiologic Technologist as necessary.
- Maintain awareness of and comply with hospital and regulatory agencies standards, rules, regulations and codes applicable to radiologic services.
- Maintain competency in caring for patients of all age groups and developmental stages, and maintain competency as specifically indicated by orientation guidelines for a particular unit.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications: - Must have a High School Diploma plus 2 years Radiologic Technology or a Associate's Degree in RT plus NYS License and at least 1 year as a Radiologic Technologist plus MRI experience and MRI certification preferred.
- ARRT registered.
- CPR certification required.
