Candidate must be certified/licensed in New York. Must be active (not pending, not expired). The Covid-19 vaccine is required at submission. The Cover Page will be mandatory 4/1 forward. Guidelines The contact information must be included on the resume, as well as on the candidate's profile during submission. Candidates submitted without contact information will be declined. Candidate must have proof of full COVID-19 vaccination at submission. Required certifications must be included with submissions. New York City Health + Hospitals do not offer Guaranteed Hours on a standard basis. If a need comes out the Guaranteed hours will be confirmed by RightSourcing and NYC H+H and will be re-evaluated at the extension date. Any Guaranteed Hours must be documented in the confirmation form. Requested time off policy. Requested Time off must be included in the submission or at the time of the extension acceptance. RTO is not approved for any major holidays or holiday weekends. Time off is not guaranteed until the worker is on-site. The time off is reviewed by the facility during orientation. If time off is not approved, workers will be expected to attend their shift. If the worker does not attend work, please refer to the call out no/show policy. While RTO must be approved by the local facility, it is also expected to be reported via the Worker Profile Field, as well as during extensions through extension responses. Holiday dates - The following holidays are recognized by NYC Health + Hospitals and RightSourcing for the purposes of paying workers holiday rate for time worked. The worker must work on the holiday for the supplier to receive the holiday bill rate. Holiday pay for the following holidays starts at 12:00am on the holiday and goes through 11:59pm (24 hours).
