- In-depth functional knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics D365 Finance/SCM.
- 5+ years of ERP implementation experience as Project Manager with at least 2 implementations of D365 FSCM projects
- Exposure to structured implementation methodology experience
- Project Management certification (PMI, Scrum, PRINCE2, etc.) is preferred
- Ability to manage time and budget, establish priorities, successfully build collaboration and manage implementation teams
- Lead the implementation of a new, company-wide Dynamics 365 based Finance and SCM system, replacing a legacy ERP system.
- Drive business process discovery sessions with cross-functional teams
- Plan and manage project plans, budgets, and resources to ensure successful implementation
- Work with end-users and management to understand the business requirements and translate those business needs into solution requirements
- Prepare Daily/weekly status reports and facilitate weekly status review meetings with the stakeholders
- Identify risks and formally manage risk mitigation plans in close collaboration with the stakeholders
- Communicate effectively in all mediums and to all levels within the organization. Provide supervision and leadership to the project team
