South Putnam Community Schools is hiring a second-shift custodian for South Putnam Middle/ High School. This position's shift is in the evening from 3:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. Custodians must be able to perform a complete range of housekeeping duties and work within a team environment. Applicants must be able to maintain positive, helpful and appropriate interactions with staff, students and the public. They must also be able to bend, reach, walk and stand for prolonged periods of time, lift 50 lbs. due to moving heavy objects at times, such as furniture or equipment, take precautions when utilizing cleaning substances, tools and other substances, work outdoors when required such as cleaning up after athletic events, and operate power equipment such as buffers and scrubbers.
