In this role, you will help provide leadership and support of a specific and critical process that is used in the next generation of aircraft propulsion. You will drive maintenance support and work with people in all areas of the business including Operations, Procurement, Health and Safety, and other suppliers/contractors. This position may be best described as a Maintenance Planner, which will oversee the tactical efforts of the site and systems. This means you will plan and execute preventative maintenance as well as help prioritize and accomplish reactive maintenance. The role will also require knowledge of a good supply chain process of spare parts to be used just in time. You should be able to demonstrate a strong process improvement mentality and have a drive to always improve systems and processes. Due to the specific nature of the role and the close proximity to sensitive information and processes, only candidates with active secret clearances (or higher) will be considered.
