Job DescriptionBe Safe - comply with all safety regulationsPartner with Engineering team to install, test, and release equipmentKnowledge of recording activities in a CMMSMaintain equipment for industrial production, industrial processing, pipeline distribution systems, and conveyorsVarious PLCsNetworking and Communications: EtherNet/IP, ControlNet, and DeviceNetAC Drives, Motors, Encoder and Resolver troubleshootingCalibration of flow, level, pressure, and temperature devices and loopsFamiliar with bearings, conveying systems, gearboxes, equipment rebuilds, and repairsFamiliar with automation and distributed control system architectures within manufacturing and processing systemsFamiliar with hydraulic systems, pneumatic systems, and rotating equipmentRead and use blueprints, schematics, manuals, technical drawings, work orders, test results, and machine error messagesInspect parts for damage/wearTest and observe running machineryUse hoists and lifts, grinders, hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, testing equipment, etc.Other duties as assignedSchedule: Must work 12 hour rotating shifts - modified DuPont schedule. 1/2 Techs working days, 1/2 working rotating shift, but must be open to both.Minimum Requirements:Must be Multi-Craft (Electrical, Mechanical, Electronics)Must have at least 5 years of experience or 3 years experience and an Associate's degree in Industrial MaintenanceNice-to-Have Skills: Allen Bradley PLC, 480 Volt, 3 Phase Motors, Hydraulics, PneumaticsPosition Overview: This position supports an assigned production area in a 24/7 production tire plant and directly reports to the Area Maintenance Supervisor.Opportunity Highlights:4 10 schedule OR 14 day rotating schedule in monthCareer growthNew state of the art equipmentFamily environmentVPP site, Safety 1stCompensation: $7500 sign-on bonus PLUS relocation.
