Position Summary: SERVPRO Team Shaw is actively looking for a Commercial Business Development Manager. This person will be responsible for driving business within the Dallas market. The ideal candidate will possess a self-motivated attitude while looking to grow a career with a privately held company. This position will determine decision making structure and grow new plus relevant relationships with existing MSA clients for the sole purpose driving revenue growth. Ideal candidates will have existing relationships within the verticals of Multifamily, Commercial Real Estate, Student Housing, Hospitality and/or Sr. Living Facilities.
