Key Responsibilities:
Document Management:
- Oversee all aspects of client paperwork, including account openings, updates, and ongoing maintenance. Ensure accurate creation, organization, archiving, and periodic review of critical documents.
Process Efficiency:
- Manage document requests from intake to completion, including editing, coordination, review, and timely release, ensuring precision at every step.
Collaborative Support:
- Partner closely with the client service team to optimize paperwork processes and provide crucial operational assistance.
Cash Operations:
- Handle cash management tasks, such as wire and ACH transfers, with attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
Client Engagement:
- Assist clients with private investment subscription documents and act as a liaison with custodians to address operational matters effectively.
Client Communication:
- Communicate with clients on account setups and operational concerns via email, text, and video conferencing to ensure seamless interactions.
Operational Excellence:
- Contribute to the development, refinement, and documentation of operational processes while ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory standards, with a focus on confidentiality and data protection.
Administrative Support:
- Perform additional administrative tasks as assigned to support the efficiency and effectiveness of the department.

Desired Skills & Experience:
Experienced Professional:
- Minimum of three years' experience managing financial paperwork, including account openings, subscription documents, and regulatory filings. Preference for candidates familiar with investment advisory client operations.
Operational Acumen:
- Exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage complex operational tasks efficiently with minimal oversight.
Industry Knowledge:
- Solid understanding of investment products, services, and operational workflows to provide informed and effective client support.
Communication Skills:
- Superior verbal, written, and listening skills. Strong interpersonal abilities to foster collaboration within teams and build trust with clients.
Strategic Thinking:
