I am looking for a person to represent Texas Farm Bureau Insurance in the Gregg County area of East Texas. (Longview, Kilgore, White Oak, Gladewater). This is the primary area, but one can sell throughout the state of Texas. Responsibilities to market our products (auto home, life, commercial insurance and themselves), to grow their customer base. The ideal person is a self-starter who is result-oriented, resourceful, innovative, intellectually curious, and always optimist. If driven, energetic, competitive, honest are characteristics that describes you, you might be a great fit. We are a well-respected company, and agency. Involvement in your local community is a must. Need to have great interpersonal communication skill, with an ability to uncover needs, and communicate solutions to individuals, couples, and business owners regarding their insurance needs. $100,000 first year income opportunity. Business and entrepreneurial mindset is very important. We offer, training, support, and a base book of clients and renewal commissions.
