Location: Roscoe,IL, USA
The Multi-Modality Technologist will be competent and credentialed in two (2) or more modalities and be able and willing to flex between them as needed. These modalities will be: CT/Xray, CT/MRI. Other combinations will be considered as the need presents.Will be required to alternate shifts, including weekends, holidays, call and overtime as needed to support organizational and departmental operations. Reports to the Radiology Supervisor/Manager for the facility

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Graduate of an accredited radiography program
Two to four years of experience as a technologist in one of the assigned modalities is required
CT and/or MRI experience in a hospital environment preferred
CERTIFICATION/LICENSURE
ARRT registration in Radiography required.
Registration in a second modality CT or MRI will be required within a year of hire
IEMA-DNS radiography accreditation required if working in Illinois
WI-DSPS radiographer license required if working in Wisconsin
BLS/CPR required within 90 days of hire
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
Passing the Drivers License Check and/or Credit Check (for those positions requiring).
Passing the WI Caregiver Background Check and/or IL Health Care Workers Background Check.
Must be able to follow written/oral instructions.

While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is frequently exposed to moving mechanical parts; fumes or airborne particles and risk of radiation.
