We are seeking an experienced Multi-Site Plant Manager to oversee our clients operations across three key locations in Florida: Tampa, Miami, and Jacksonville. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in plastics manufacturing and a proven track record of managing multiple facilities efficiently. Multi-Site Plant Manager Key Responsibilities:

Multi-Site Plant Manager Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Extensive experience in plant management within the plastics manufacturing industry.
- Proven experience managing multiple sites or large-scale manufacturing operations.
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality assurance, and lean principles.
