Requirements We are looking for handymen with a strong work ethic, a professional appearance and demeanor, and a good overall knowledge of all trades-from Carpentry, Tiling, Painting, and Drywalling to Light Plumbing and Electrical. Specific qualifications for the role include:
- 5+ years of professional experience as a Handyman, Carpenter, or Professional Remodeler
- Ability to perform minor electrical and plumbing
- Valid Driver's License & Clean Driving Record is essential
- Comfortable with a pre-employment background check
- Own standard set of hand and power tools
- Own work truck or Van for the job (Capable of Transporting Extension Ladders)
- Must reside with 15 miles of Millersville Maryland or Laurel Maryland
