Description : Building and Land Technology BLT is seeking an Associate to join our dynamic Asset Management team in Stamford, CT. The primary function of this role is to create and execute the business plans for BLT's portfolio of apartment communities. The Associate will assist in all aspects of the operations, administrative, financial, and capital management of the portfolio. Duties and Responsibilities of Associate : Assist in the preparation and execution of business plans and budgets for each asset Perform financial modeling, analysis, market studies and industry standard reporting (e.g., variance reporting, discounted cash flows, waterfall modeling, IRR's, etc.) Track all KPI's for the portfolio, identify opportunities for improvement, and execute Prepare property operating budgets and monthly operating statements Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly, and Annual reporting on the portfolio for internal and external constituents Provide support to our capital markets efforts for financings, acquisitions, and dispositions Provide support to our property management and leasing teams Extensively research relevant markets/trends Regular inspections of all assets Requirements for Associate: 4-6 years of residential asset management experience Must have Multifamily experience Bachelor's Degree required with a concentration in business, finance, accounting and/or real estate preferred Exceptional computer literacy to create financial models, documents, and presentations, including Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft PowerPoint Ability to work with financial concepts and perform financial analysis including ROI, IRR, and discounted cash flow modeling Excellent project management skills Benefits Provided to the position of Associate : Compensation package includes: Competitive Salary with Potential for Bonus Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Plan 401k Plan Life Insurance Paid Vacation Paid Sick Leave Paid Holidays Tuition Reimbursement Housing Discount at BLT Properties BLT is an equal opportunity employer Powered by JazzHR PI0632a54d7365-25448-#######3
