Position Overview:Freddie Mac's Finance division is currently seeking a Multifamily Capital Reporting & Analysis Director to be part of the Multifamily CFO department. The Multifamily CFO department is responsible for financial accounting and reporting, budget and expense planning, profitability analysis, valuation activities, financial planning & analysis, regulatory capital reporting & analysis, and regulatory stress testing for Freddie Mac's Multifamily division. If you are a driven individual looking to join a purpose driven culture, apply now and learn why Freddie Mac is #HomeToMore!Our Impact:The hired individual will be responsible for leading a team of analysts to prepare Enterprise Risk Capital Framework (ERCF) reporting, develop insightful regulatory capital reporting & analysis, prepare ERCF capital forecasts under various economic scenarios, prepare reporting and analysis on Return on Common Equity Tier 1 (ROCET1) results, and develop other capital-related reporting and analysis for Freddie Mac's Multifamily division.Your Impact:Overseeing the development of monthly and quarterly ERCF and ROCET1 reporting to fulfill regulatory capital reporting requirements, including ERCF Public DisclosuresPreparing insightful analytics to provide management with an understanding of drivers of changes in required capital and returnsDeveloping forecasts of capital requirements consistent with forecasted multifamily portfolios under various economic scenarios including DFAST, Capital Plan, Annual Business Plan, and quarterly forecast updatesClearly and effectively communicating drivers of capital requirements and capital forecasts to senior managementAdapting capital-related processes and forecasts of capital for emerging business initiatives, changes to business strategy, and other new business requirementsPartnering with the Multifamily business area, segment and corporate financial planning & analysis teams, and enterprise risk managementReviewing work prepared by staff, providing feedback, and developing employeesPerforming user acceptance testing for capital-related model changes and system development effortsMaintaining a controlled, well-governed processInteracting with Internal Audit, control testers, and examinersOverseeing ad-hoc reporting and analyticsQualifications:Minimum of 10 years of proven experienceBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related degree - requiredExperience in capital markets, fixed income, mortgage finance, or financial servicesProficiency in Microsoft Office suite and ability to learn new softwareExperience managing a teamKeys to Success in this Role:Ability to multi-taskSelf-starterStrong attention to detailStrong problem-solving capabilitiesStrong communication skillsCurrent Freddie Mac employees please apply through the internal career site.Today, Freddie Mac makes home possible for one in four home borrowers and is one of the largest sources of financing for multifamily housing.
