The primary objective for this position is to assure work and materials are being installed per plans and specifications, create punch lists for deficient work, and rectify any issues that may affect the project's quality, functionality or appearance. Job Requirements: Proven experience in multifamily or commercial projects as a punch out Superintendent. College Degree Preferred; High school diploma required.Proficient in reading and understanding blueprints.Strong computer skills including working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Procore. Has knowledge of all trade disciplines for vertical component on 3-4 story Multifamily Building. Identify constructability issues, design deficiencies, code and related issues. The majority of this position's scope will be walking completed unit interiors to identify any deficiencies in completed work, generating punch lists, and following up to ensure all work is completed prior to acceptance. Must be able to pass a background check. Ability to pay attention to details and have strong time management, organization skills. Ability to travel between projects.
