Description
- Lead and manage multiple modular construction projects concurrently, ensuring successful delivery within established timelines and budgets.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to develop project plans and schedules.
- Monitor and control project scope, budget, and schedule, implementing corrective actions as necessary to ensure successful project completion.
- Oversee the selection and coordination of subcontractors, suppliers, and other project-related resources.
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure quality control, safety compliance, and adherence to project specifications.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing any concerns in a timely manner.
- Provide regular project updates to senior leadership and stakeholders, highlighting key milestones, risks, and opportunities.
Profile
- Multifamily Project Manager
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in project management, with a focus on modular construction.
- Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering modular construction projects of varying sizes and complexities.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and lead cross-functional teams.
- In-depth knowledge of construction project management processes, including budgeting, scheduling, and quality control.
- Familiarity with local building codes and regulations in San Diego.
