Description

  • Manage multifamily construction projects from start to finish, ensuring successful execution and delivery.
  • Oversee subcontractors and daily project activities to maintain quality and efficiency.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, architects, inspectors, and suppliers to address any issues related to materials or methods.
  • Build and maintain effective and professional on-site relationships with owners, architects, consulting engineers, and other stakeholders.
  • Promote and enforce a safe work environment, practices, and culture throughout the project.

Profile

  • 4+ year of previous experience working with a General Contractor
  • Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field a plus
  • Experience handling commercial/residential projects
  • Strong software and technology skills is a plus
  • Able to communicate and be organized
  • Time Management Skills - making sure everything is on time and completed thoroughly
  • Experience with a team structure a plus
