Job Description:
We are seeking multilingual Life Insurance Agents to join our team. In this role, you will work with clients who speak Spanish, Portuguese, Italian, French, and other languages, providing tailored life insurance solutions that meet their unique needs. Our pre-screened leads mean you will be working with clients who are ready to engage, without the need for cold calling.
Responsibilities:
- Communicate with clients in their preferred language to provide exceptional service and guidance.
- Assess clients' financial needs and recommend suitable life insurance products (Indexed Universal Life, Term Life, etc.).
- Follow up with high-quality leads provided by the company.
- Educate clients on the benefits of life insurance and help them select the best coverage for their needs.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients by offering ongoing support and guidance.
- Participate in company-provided training to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
- Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations.
Qualifications:
- Valid life insurance license (or willingness to obtain one; we provide training).
- Fluency in one or more languages, such as Spanish, Portuguese, Italian, or French, in addition to English.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, organized, and driven to achieve results.
- Previous experience in sales, insurance, or customer service is an asset but not required.
