At Versiti, we are passionate about improving the lives of patients and helping our healthcare partners thrive.Position SummaryUnder the direction of Supervisor, Creative Services, the Multimedia Specialist will help inspire our community to take action and save lives through expertly crafted video, audio, and imagery. As part of the Creative Services team, this individual will work in a highly collaborative, highly creative and fast-paced environment.ResponsibilitiesProduce and capture videos about the lives impacted by VersitiDevelop short and simple animationsEdit video contentStoryboarding, workshopping, and developing ideas for contentCollaborate with Growth Marketing, Creative Services and Brand Marketing on content initiatives and prioritizationAssist the Creative Services team with media developmentPerform other duties as required or assigned which are reasonably within the scope of the duties in this job classificationUnderstand and perform in accordance with all applicable regulatory and compliance requirementsComply with all standard operating policies and proceduresQualificationsEducation:Bachelor's Degree with emphasis in fine arts or related degree preferredExperience:1-3 years experience in multimedia role either at a creative services agency, in-house creative services team, or as a freelancer requiredKnowledge, Skills and Abilities:Able to collaborate with peers and customers across multiple departments, leading cross functional teams, and presenting to various stakeholders requiredAble to manage multiple projects at once with excellence and attention to detail requiredAbility to meet tight deadlines and balance multiple projects in a fast-paced and changing environment requiredAbility to work well in a team environment, but also be able to take initiative and work autonomously as needed requiredHighly developed organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to work independently requiredExceptional interpersonal and verbal communication skills requiredEffective time management and prioritization skills requiredEffective problem solving and decision-making skills requiredTools and Technology:Demonstrated expertise with Adobe Premier Pro and After Effects requiredDemonstrated competency with Adobe Photoshop requiredDemonstrated competency with Adobe Illustrator preferredFamiliarity with Cinema 4D or Blender preferredNot ready to apply?
