With a commitment to empowering the spirit of independence and a deep respect for the 2nd Amendment, we connect our freedom-loving community with the products and experiences they value most.As a Multimedia Specialist, reporting to the Creative Director, you'll work closely with our Marketing, Product, and Content teams to craft compelling visual stories that highlight our mission, products, and customer-centric approach. From planning to shooting, editing, and finalizing, you'll manage the entire creative process, ensuring every piece resonates with our audience across multiple platforms. This is a hands-on, onsite role with access to some remote time for editing, offering you a chance to blend your love of the outdoors with top-notch visual storytelling.Key Responsibilities
- Capture high-quality photographs and videos that showcase our products and brand identity
- Develop creative concepts for multimedia projects supporting marketing campaigns, product launches, and brand initiatives
- Oversee production from planning to final edits, optimizing content for web, social media, print, and in-store displays
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure visual content aligns with sales and marketing objectives
- Manage multimedia assets, keeping files well-organized and easily accessible
What You Bring
- Proven photography and videography expertise, including lighting, composition, and storytelling skills as demonstrated through a strong portfolio of work
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Lightroom, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects)
- A strong grasp of digital multimedia requirements and experience optimizing for various platforms
- Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines while staying detail-oriented and organized
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset, essential in our supportive community
Preferred
- Experience in product photography within retail or e-commerce
- Familiarity with current social media trends and content requirements
- Comfort with both studio and on-location settings
