The Museum of Modern Art is currently accepting applications for full-time Seasonal Sales Associates for the Museum Store, located directly in the Museum on West 53rd Street between 5th and 6th Avenues. Reporting to Store Managers and Supervisors as assigned, the Sales Associates are expected to deliver a knowledgeable, thoughtful and inspiring customer service experience which plays an integral role in achieving the stores sales and metric goals. Additionally, the Sales Associates are expected to uphold MoMA's standards and to adhere to and apply Museum and Retail policies and procedures. Sales Associates are also expected to proactively connect to the Museum to support a holistic visitor experience.Additional responsibilities include:Provides G.R.E.A.T customer service (Greet. Relate. Engage.
