Job Description:

*Teksystems is seeking experienced call center representatives for an opportunity on site in Canton, Ohio.*

Description: MUST SPEAK SPANISH

-Handles calls pertaining to payments for gas and utility bills

-Answer calls from customers calling in with a question about their bill

-Take customers payments over the phone

-Talk with customers who missed a payment and are looking to have their utilities turned back on by making a payment

-Direct customers calling with other issues to the main call center line

Shift Availabilities:

7am-3:30pm - ON SITE

3:30-11pm - ON SITE

11pm-7am - REMOTE TO CANTON, OHIO

Skills & Qualifications:

-Bilingual in Spanish and English

-1 year of call center experience

-Customer Service Experience

-Customer Support

-High School Diploma
