TBG conducts Mystery Shopping nationwide across various industries with over 450 clients including Financial Services, Grocery, Retail, Fast Food, Fine Dining, Auto, Hotel, and Hospitality.

Role Description

This is a contract Mystery Shopper - Dining role for The Brandt Group, Ltd. The Mystery Shopper will be responsible for conducting Mystery Shops at various dining establishments. Shopper will be reimbursed for up to $115.00 for two meals. The assignment should take approximately two hours to complete. This is a hybrid role with restaurants based in Kingston, Carver, Hanover, Plymouth and Marshfield Massachusetts.

• Attention to detail and observational skills
• Ability to work independently and follow guidelines
• Excellent writing and reporting skills
• Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent required
