DescriptionPOSITION SUMMARYThis employee is responsible to deliver outstanding customer service while providing high quality nail services.GENERAL ACCOUNTABILITIESThe following statements are intended as general illustrations of the work in this class and are not all- inclusive:Responsible for discussing nail services and treatments with clientsResponsible for massaging clients' hands, feet, and calves with soothing oils and lotionsResponsible for pushing back and cutting cuticlesResponsible for buffing and shining nailsApply wraps, artificial nails, polishes, and nail artPerform hot stone massages and paraffin wrapsPromote and sell nail and skincare productsWORKING CONDITIONSMust have ability to:Communicate effectively with all levels of Team Members, guests, and outside contactsRequired to work effectively in a fast-paced environmentRequired to move around all work areas effectively and efficientlyRequired to work long hours, including nights, weekends, and holidaysRequired to sit for extended periods of timeJOB QUALIFICATIONSHigh school diploma or equivalent. Current NYS nail technician License. Knowledgeable about all facets of nail care. Detail-orientated.
