Our client, a fortune 50 financial services firm is seeking a Manager/Lead of Workforce Planning and Analytics. In this role, you will be part of the team supporting the organization's global workforce planning and strategic people processes. The ideal candidate will have advanced skills in Oracle HCM, Excel, Powerpoint and data visualization, project management, and a sense of urgency to deliver in a fast-paced environment with multiple tasks and deadlines at the same time.
