Our client, a fortune 50 financial services firm is seeking a Manager/Lead of Workforce Planning and Analytics. In this role, you will be part of the team supporting the organization's global workforce planning and strategic people processes. The ideal candidate will have advanced skills in Oracle HCM, Excel, Powerpoint and data visualization, project management, and a sense of urgency to deliver in a fast-paced environment with multiple tasks and deadlines at the same time.

Job Title: Manager/Lead Workforce Planning Analyst

Location: NYC (fully remote)

Pay Range: Based on Experience

What's the Job?

• Create powerpoint decks based on multiple data sets (Very experienced Powerpoint user)
• Manage big data sets on Excel and analyze (advanced Excel Skills)
• Project management, including collecting artifacts, doing follow ups from meetings, ensuring delivery
• Experience on controls, including maker/checker, procedures and documentation
• Sense of urgency, ability to deliver in a fast-paced environment with multiple tasks and deadlines at the same time

What's Needed?

• 10+ years of experience as a Data-driven HR professional with experience across multiple HR disciplines, specializing in data analysis, workforce planning, and strategic people processes from hire to retire
• Proven ability in using advanced analytics, Excel, and data visualization to drive informed decision-making and optimize organizational performance
• Masters or Bachelor of Science (BS) degree
• Senior Professional Human Resources (SPHR) certification
• Demand and capacity planning experience is a plus but not required
