Responsibilities:
- Creates a safe and stimulating environment for children
- Assist with meal preparation and feeding
- Handle diaper changes
- Engages children in age-appropriate activities and encourages intellectual development
- Ensure children's safety during indoors and outdoors activities
- Offer emotional support and encouragement for necessary tasks
- Work with parents to ensure children's growth and social development
Requirements:
- 3+ years of formal childcare experience
- Comfortable working with various age groups: Infant, Preschool, Toddler, Grade School
- High school diploma/GED
- First Aid and CPR Training
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- 3 strong references
- Valid driver's license
