All candidates must be 18 years or older and eligible to work in the United States2. Minimum of 2 years of either paid or unpaid childcare experience.3. Current Infant/Child CPR Training or willingness to obtain upon hire.4. Desire to work with a variety of families through exciting job assignments5. Proven track record for being punctual, reliable and dependable6. Trained in First Aid or willingness to take training upon hire7. Strong degree of responsibility, accountability and problem-solving skills8. Engaging, caring, warm style with children and ability to plan and provide fun activities9. Ability to communicate promptly and clearly via phone, text, and email10. Dependable vehicle, current Driver's License and willingness to travel around the Fenton, MO, or the St. Louis, MO area and surrounding communities
