We are seeking a nurturing, active, and reliable nanny to work 20-30 hrs. per wk, starting June 12 (date flexible) who enjoys taking children on outings, having fun adventures, and engaging in play at our home!. We treat nannies like family & are looking to find someone who is able to stay with us for at least a year. We are hoping to find a nurturing, active, and reliable part-time nanny to work approximately 20-30 hours per week in Verona, starting the week of June 12 (flexible date). We can offer 18-30 hours per week, depending on your schedule. We pay you as a W2 employee, provide mileage reimbursement, PTO, paid holidays if they fall on your usual workday, and memberships to museums/zoo/etc. We give our nannies autonomy to take our children on outings and plan activities based on interests. We can also provide our nannies with paid educational trainings, such as CPR and/or Montessori training, if you're interested. Opportunities for additional hours for date nights, etc. are available, but not required. Hours can be somewhat flexible, as long as they are consistent. Care is primarily needed for our 2 year old daughter, who loves animals, music, puzzles, and being outside. We will need some care for our 6 year old son on some days/weeks when he isn't at a camp or school. He loves playing at parks, science projects, cooking, math, and reading. We are hoping to form a long-term partnership (min. 1 year) with our nanny who will watch our children grow and become an extension of our family. Ideal schedule (we can definitely be flexible with this): Monday 9:30-5, Tuesday 12:30-4:00, Wednesday 8-5, Thursday 8-4:30 Requirements: · Warm, fun, and caring personality. Willingness to take initiative. We won't micromanage you. · Exceptional communication skills. We value direct and honest communication. · CPR certified, or willing to become certified at hire. We will pay for certification if needed. · Reliable, insured vehicle and willingness to keep installed car seats in backseat to transport for outings. We pay a mileage stipend.
