I am looking into options for a part time nanny/nanny share when I go back to work. I return to work in January and my daughter will be 4 months old then. Our long term plan (for now) is to have my partner watch her full time since he doesn't work, but he's dealing with health issues so we're looking into options for someone to help him with childcare for a few months while we get those issues taken care of and help transition him into watching our daughter full time. Depending on what happens with his health, we could end up needing help on a more long-term basis. We would need help on week days M-F, likely from mid-morning to mid-afternoon but we are fairly flexible on times.
