I work from home and need someone to care for my (almost) 7 month old son, Cohen, while I focus solely on work 2-3 times a week since I have meetings that require my full attention. He is a sweet lovely boy who takes formula and LOVES to play and is very vocal. I work for a global company doing marketing communications and business analyst so keeping him by myself is not an option as some days I need total focus. We do have 4 pets: 2 dogs and 2 cats that will accept all the pets and love, however, you will not be required to care for them at all. Truthfully, I just need someone to feed, rock, and play with Cohen when he isn't napping. You will have access to our full downstairs area and you are welcome to watch TV, study, do work, whatever you need to do while hanging out with him as long as you take care of him in the process! We are a very laid back family who will keep your fave snacks on hand! We are extremely flexible on hours and can work around a schedule that fits for you and will agree on a set number of hours every week so you don't lose pay, as well as some weeks I may need an additional hour or two depending on the season since I work in Agriculture. I will give plenty of advance for those days though and will always ask if you're willing! We are currently in a daycare we absolutely LOVE, but since he was a premie he is getting sick more often than not so we are exploring another route: a nanny or babysitter! Excited to see how we can work together and find a solution that doesn't require me to have a 40 minute commute and he won't get sick as often!
