We're seeking approximately 30 hrs/week of in-home coverage between the hours of 7A-6P Monday through Friday on a weekly basis starting in January, when Zoe will be 12 months old. Exact daily schedule will vary on a weekly basis but can be provided a month in advance (dad works 7A-6P M-F with occasional telework days whereas mom is a shift worker with a different shift start time each day along with scattered weekly meetings, so flexibility with weekly schedules is needed). Timeliness is very important due to parent career requirements. Up until this point, Zoe has been in the care of the “grandnannies,” but her grandmother just had a sudden diagnosis of advanced cancer and will have chemotherapy appointments and lifting restrictions from recent surgery so cannot be primary caregiver anymore. We're looking for someone to care for our energetic curious child who loves climbing on things and reading Pout Pout Fish. Skills at cooking healthy meals for a toddler are a plus, and we're happy to stock the house with whatever foods you like to cook with! The grandparents miss being with Zoe so will be in and out of our house to play as their medical needs allow. Zoe's going through a separation anxiety phase but once she gets to know you, we'd love for someone to take her on outings to parks and to places like the zoo!Pay style negotiable.
