We currently need a babysitter to watch our 2 girls who are both 3 years old. They are friends in preschool, and we alternate one week at our house and one week at the other family's house. The rate is $17 per hour for both girls and $12 for one (if one is sick or out of town, or one of us needs extra care). The hours will be will be on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 9 am-12 pm. I could also use some help on Wednesdays from 12:15-2:30pm if you are available, but that is negotiable.Both families have a work from home parent, so you'd have someone on hand for emergencies.The girls are easily entertained at home, so you wouldn't need to take them anywhere. We had this arrangement this summer and it worked out really well.
