We are new to the area and struggling to find quality care and also care that fits our changing schedules. Working as a full-time nurse makes it extremely hard to find daycare facilities that fit those hours. My husband has a more flexible schedule, however, he has to travel frequently making it more difficult. We are looking for someone about 3 days a week from 8am-7pm. These hours may change and the days may also change unless I (nurse) am able to work specific days each week which is TBD. Looking for someone who is more flexible with our difficult schedule. This is our first child and will need help with them as early as 6 weeks old. We are looking for someone who is experienced with infants/newborns and is comfortable in a house setting with a small dog who is extremely loving and super easy to care for as well. Looking for someone CPR certified. We would also want to have a meet/greet a few times prior to deciding on a nanny. Because we are new to the area and it's our first child, we have many reservations and want to be sure of the person we decide to hire to care for our new son.
