I am expecting and trying to compare options of a nanny vs. daycare. We won't need support until Fall 2025, but trying to understand availability and options now. Looking for in-home nanny support for a newborn (6 months) 4-5 days a week. My husband works from home, so start/end times can be flexible, but will likely need support between 8/9AM - 5/6PM.
