Ideally, our Nanny will: - play with and teach our 18-month old- help with simple meals- accompany us on errands- change diapers and eventually assist with potty training- be comfortable following our parenting style with little deviation- be comfortable with lots of parent interaction- be familiar with a vegan diet and/or is vegetarian or vegan.Position can start part-time (Mon-Wed 11am-5pm) or full-time (Mon-Fri) depending on your availability, our work schedule, and other factors but will eventually be full-time. Start date is TBD.We've been doing our own childcare while working from home since he was born. At this point, we would love an extra hand to take care of our toddler so he can have enriching days to help his development while we can ensure our work and other responsibilities are also being taken care of. We are very new to this process and are looking to ensure we find the right person and provide the appropriate compensation that aligns all of our interests. Happy to provide more details as needed.
