Hello! My husband and I both work from home most days but have decided to find help Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday, 8am to 5pm for our 4 month old girl. We would like someone who can focus on activities that will help our LO hit her milestones and have fun! She's at that age where she is doing tummy time during her wake windows, so someone who is able to get up and down off the floor is a must. We base our routine on wake windows and they typically last 1.5 to 2 hours. Depending on the day, naps are anywhere from 30 minutes to 2 hours. Our girl is breastfed, so while I'm home, I will feed her and may even put her down for naps after feeding. If I go into the office, a bottle will need to be given. We have a few older dogs as well, but they won't be a bother. We do not expect any house keeping. Just need someone to give our girl the attention and time to help her progress. Cleanliness is also important us.
