Looking for a flexible nanny to start end of October. Someone that is open to evenings and weekends too: We have a 10 month old and 8 year old boys. My fiance is a firefighter and works 24hr on/48hr off. Im starting a WFH nurse triage job that will be 3, 12 hour shifts a week from 4p-4a. We need help for when our work days overlap. We need flexibility because it wont always be the exact same schedule every week but you will know at least 6 weeks ahead of time what our needs are. It would likely be a mix of 3:30-8:30 pm for bedtime coverage or 7am-1/2 pm for morning coverage after an overnight shift. It will depend on the overlap of our schedules for the week. Average of 2-3 shifts weekly. This includes a mix of some sat/sun coverage too for some weekend shift requirements. We live south in 78748 area. Let me know if this interests you.
