Hi, we are Hope and Bernhard! Bernhard works in the emergency department and I am a current 3rd year medical student so our schedules can get pretty hectic. As of right now, we are looking for a nanny for the beginning of January through mid July. School wise, I get a new “work” rotation schedule every 6 weeks. Some rotations I am pretty busy and work long hours and others I have a bit more free time. Bernhard's schedule also varies from month to month, but we know his schedule about 2 months in advance. All of this to say that working with us definitely requires some flexibility, but we are also willing to work with you! We have two kiddos. Merrick (boy) is 1.5 years and Anya (girl) recently joined us and is 2 weeks old (she will be almost 2 months at the start date). We are laid back and just want someone who will have fun and love on our kiddos when we aren't able to. As far as additional responsibilities, it would be nice to have someone that is able to cook for our kiddos when we aren't home and also help with bath time and clean up after playing. Anything more than that would be a bonus but definitely not required. We are easy going with our parenting and don't have strict schedules, diets, etc. Merrick (so far) is also super laid back and a really good kid (aside from tantrums from time to time). Anya's personality is still up in the air but we are hoping she is as good as her brother. We hope to hear from you!!
