THE POSITION IN A NUTSHELL Sciens Building Solutions is seeking a self-motivated, highly professional National Accounts Program Manager that will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with key accounts. The person in this role will manage and support technical teams to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget while ensuring customer satisfaction. The successful candidate must be detail-oriented and will maintain a support structure for new and existing customers. WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING (and doing well!)
- Serve as the primary point of contact for national accounts, building and maintaining strong relationships with customers.
- Working with Sciens Divisions, oversee project timelines, respond to requests for proposals, review estimates, and coordinate deliverables with Divisions to ensure projects' schedule and customer satisfaction targets are met.
- Develop standard proposal and estimating templates. In some cases, prepare estimates and proposals in response to customer requests
- Identify opportunities to expand relationships and increase revenue within assigned national accounts.
- Develop and implement strategic account plans aligned with long-term growth objectives. Achieve growth and profitability targets per account.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution and alignment with company goals.
- Act as a liaison between customer and field operations to ensure alignment and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Provide insights and feedback from customer that will improve product offerings, marketing strategies, and operational effectiveness.
- Track and analyze program performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and ensuring objectives are achieved.
- Generate and deliver regular reports on account status, performance, and program impact to both internal stakeholders and customers.
- Proactively identify risks and implement solutions to mitigate challenges, ensuring program success.
- Participate in contract negotiations, renewals, and service agreements as needed.
WHAT WE LIKE ABOUT YOU
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field. Candidates with a combination of education and experience will also be considered.
- Five (5)+ years of experience as a national accounts manager
- Proven experience in sales and customer service
- Demonstrated experience in negotiating and meeting client requirements
- In-depth understanding of sales performance metrics
- Solid technical understanding of product offering
- Advanced computer skills, including but not limited to creating spreadsheets, cost proposal and project bid software. Hands-on experience with CRM software and Excel.
- Excellent analytical and organizational skills; strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to lead and motivate team members
- Ability to travel as needed
- RCDD, NICET, and/or CTS certifications preferred
