What You'll Get:

  • A competitive Total Compensation Pay Range of $150,000 - $185,000.

Your Impact:

  • Lead the management of elevator assets across our entire portfolio, ensuring optimal performance and longevity.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive elevator maintenance program to extend equipment life and minimize repair costs.
  • Use data analysis to monitor trends and reduce elevator issues.
  • Manage inspections, violations, and drive efficiency to reduce citations and shutdowns.
  • Validate the need for major elevator modernizations through field visits.
  • Develop specifications, scopes of work, budgets, and oversee design work.
  • Ensure compliance with jurisdictional requirements and expedite project approvals.
  • Incorporate value engineering principles to optimize performance and cost-effectiveness.
  • Identify and qualify vendors, negotiate bids, and manage projects from start to finish.
  • Standardize processes and procedures for elevator system management.
  • Research and recommend new products and technologies for elevator assets.
  • Provide emergency support for elevator-related issues.
  • Assist with acquisition due diligence and facilitate property turnovers.
  • Communicate proactively with managers and team members.
