Join Nacora as the National Cargo Insurance Sales Manager and lead the strategic development of our US Cargo Marine Insurance Program. Shape success through leadership, analysis, and customer-centric strategies in a dynamic, team-driven environment.YOUR ROLEThe National Cargo Insurance Sales Manager leads the marine insurance sales team, develops and implements growth strategies, and ensures alignment with internal and external stakeholders. This role manages key client relationships, analyzes sales performance trends, and oversees seamless operational execution to achieve business goals.YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Lead the marine insurance sales team through regular sales meetings, one-on-one coaching, and strategic alignment.
  • Develop and implement an annual strategy for the US Cargo Marine Insurance Program.
  • Conduct in-person sales meetings and presentations for internal and external customers.
  • Foster cross-selling opportunities with non-marine line managers.
  • Oversee and manage the sales billing process.
  • Collaborate with NYC leadership to identify trends, implement improvement programs, and monitor month-over-month performance.
  • Analyze CRM data, sales tools, and quotation results to identify growth opportunities.
  • Oversee and manage updates to the Cargo Insurance Quotation Tool.
  • Partner with National Sales Teams and Global Key Account Managers for contract reviews and insurance solutions.
  • Manage processes for issuing and renewing policies, including binders and customer documentation.
  • Conduct regular reviews of active customer accounts and manage portal access.
  • Domestic travel up to 40 percent.
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Seven plus years of experience in logistics, insurance, and team management.
  • Active Property and Casualty (P&C) License.
  • Strong people management, time management, and customer service skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret CRM and sales data effectively.
