About the job National Restoration / Construction Project Manager JobDescriptionAsa National Restoration/Construction Project Manager with my client, your primary role will be tooversee and provide on-site coordination for all phases of mitigation and/orreconstruction projects. This includes customer communication, productionschedule creation, facilitation of sub-contractor labor, buy-out schedules,quality assurance, verifying specifications are being strictly followed, changeorder management, and ensuring work is proceeding on schedule and withinbudget. The Project Manager is responsible for scheduling, inspections, qualitycontrol, and job site safety.WhatYou'll Do Lead and manage on-site construction laborers, trades, deliveries/materials,and client expectations Create and view project schedules and budgets Complete projects on time and within budget, while never compromising onquality Attend production meetings, client meetings, and other meetings as required Place orders for materials, and be responsible for equipment and materials onsite Maintain records for site personnel such as daily field reports, field orders,RFIs, and safety meetings Obtain permits and coordinate with inspection authorities regarding inspectionsand approvals Oversee execution of divisions 24-hour on-call rotation and ensure theresponse times remain within company's expectations Scope and inspect various mitigation damage such as water, fire, bio, advancedwater damage, mold, etc., to interior and exterior building and roofingmaterial Review job profitability and engage in efforts to improve execution, as well asimplement financial and operational controls to ensure gross margin execution Enforce corporate OSHA safety policies on jobsite, providing key responsibilityfor safety and compliance in the fieldWhat You Need 3+ years' experience as a Restoration/Construction Superintendent Must have strong foundational understanding of large exterior and interior construction Strong leadership skills with the ability to perform well under pressure Working knowledge with MS Office Word, Excel, and Outlook, as well as scheduling programs (MS Project) Proficient with taking and uploading digital photographs Ability to lift 50 pounds and stand for extended periods of time Ability to interpret engineering drawings, specifications and other documents including Xactimate scopes of work Effective communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills Ability to travel regionally for extended periods of time Must have a clean driving record and background, as well as pass a drug screeningWhat They Offer: My client offers a comprehensive benefits package that includes: Competitive salary and commission plan Matching 401(K) Health insurance (medical, dental and vision) PTO and paid holidays Vehicle allowance and/or a gas card Laptop Monthly cell phone allowance Training opportunitiesTheabove description may not be inclusive of all assigned duties,responsibilities, or aspects of the job described, and may be amended at anytime at the sole discretion of the Employer.
